Posted AgendaTo comply with the new Open Meeting Law requirements, please find below the posted agenda for the Monday, January 30, 2012 Regular Monthly Meeting of the Hampden County Regional Retirement Board. The meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M. at the Retirement Board Office, 67 Hunt Street, Suite 116, Agawam, Massachusetts. The office is handicap accessable. In addition, the Board may enter into executive session during the meeting if requested by the individual or as deemed necessary by the Board or its Legal Counsel.

A copy of the minutes of prior Board Meetings is available upon written request to the Retirement Board.
This agenda is mailed to all member unit clerks of the system requesting that it be posted in a location that is accessable to the public 24 hours a day. For those member units that do not have a clerk a copy is mailed to the individual treasurers of those units and/or executive directors of the Housing Authority for posting.
The Hampden County Regional Retirement Board Advisory Council at its meeting held on Friday, November 4, 2011 at the Retirement Board office, 67 Hunt Street, Suite 116, Agawam, Massachusetts declared Mr. Karl Schmaelzle as the winner of the Member's Election to a position as Member's Representative to the Hampden County Regional Retirement Board. Mr. Schmaelzle was the sole candidate and will serve in the position of Member's Representative on the Hampden County Regional Retirement Board. The position is a three (3) year term for the period January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2014.
